Pemberton, NJ
Cost: $200 before May 1st
$250 after May 1st

Registration Deadlines and Fees
To receive the $200 registration price, mail or send your payment via Pay Pal before or on April 30th. On May 1st and afterwards the workshop cost is $250.

Please contact me for address to send checks to. Envelopes need to be postmarked before or on April 30th, 2012 to receive the discounted registration fee of $200.

Cancellations
A full refund less a $35 processing fee will be issued for cancellations made prior to May 1st.

A registration confirmation and information sheet will be sent to you via email upon receipt of your registration and payment.
